[FD - December Rust]

Gods above, that guitar is so melancholy and morose. Is that the Guitar patch from the Mellotron? I swear I'd recognize that timbre anywhere.

Lovely SFX throughout. The synth was a little jarring at first, but it grew on me. It kind of gives this an 80's synth chune vibe.

Reminds me of Daigo Hanada's Ichiru! Lovely sounds! Now I want this VST!

Thank you! I didn't know about Daigo before, but I super dig his pieces so far, and I appreciate his approach to the piano. Ichiru is a great example of emotional, rhythmic writing.

While I enjoy Keyscape as a whole, a major downside to its felted grand specifically is it lacks round robin, something I hope but don't expect to be updated. I find that in a mix, Kescape patches are perfect; as solo instruments, they need some extra effects/processing to sound real.

Ooo, those electronics at 0:22ish, reminds me of FlyLo. Sick vibes, sick drums, sick shit. Spit split lip sit on a lunar tip, trick tits into it instant get it got it good.

Damn! This is sick dudes! What are the dialogue (almighty, etc.) samples from? Are those ad-libs that have been heavily filtered?

N.O.T.E.'s bars could use some better cadence, but it's my understanding the he's either just starting out, or just returning to rapping after a long hiatus or absence. 🤷‍♀️ I dunno, but I love his vocabulary. Keep it up Eel!

As for Anj, if you helped mix this, superb work there! Lovely bars as always, your lyricism seemingly knows no bounds. I love those whispers throughout. It's almost impossible to tell whether they're samples or just unintelligible human words whispered as to be unintelligible. Really fits with the dark, woozy, almost insane vibes the beat gives. It feels ya'll we're going fora similar vibe with the vocals on this beautiful production.

Speaking of the production, if that's G-minor on the beat, I am impressed. This is some dank shit G! That vocal that turns up every now and again is haunting as hell.

Not much else to say, other than the fact I'm really looking forward to working with Eel in the future!
