I'm an odd fellow and I like making weird stuff sometimes. This spur of the moment recording is me trying to get on back in the thang namsayin? Plus I kinda like it. I'll ride with it. But thanks for leaving your thoughts, it all helps me develop myself as a rap dude
Fuck B,
I think I just got kidney stoned.
That piano is dope as hell bruh.
Can't wait to hear the finished project.
Eagerly awaiting,
Liberal Shimmering
Thanks! Sun Ra btw!
Apart from Kwing's mic, I have only one other qualm. His flow could use more work. His first verse wasn't as off-point as his second and overall he wasn't horrible, just complicated to listen to.
When it comes to deciding a winner, I'll tip my hat towards Phr0zen. His 'attacks' hit harder than Kwing's and I especially liked the 'plane hittin' cardboard' line as well as the lines Glitch mentioned.
Shout-out to Rampant for the beat. Where is the Acoustic Guitar sourced from?
Kwing second verse was not placed correctly when it was mixed, so that's why it wasnt on beat.
*Edit: Kwing's second verse has been adjusted.
I really love the synth sounds on this track, but that bass is a little over-compressed.
The piano sounds like basic FL Keys, so for the future I'd reccomend you use a Soundfont.
Your vox are alright, but I'm not really digging the subject matter on the EP so far. I can appreciate it, but it grates on me after a few tracks.
Your enunciation could use a little polishing as well.
I will get around to some more reviews after I go out for some Thai food. :D
Lyricwise it changes as you progress through it.. based on the samples you use i think youll like the second half of my outro. I do have songs on it that are a tad bit more poetic and less violent. I also have punchline heavy songs coming up if you continue to progress through the tape. There are tracks lyric wish I think youd enjoy. I didnt produce this beat, ChainFree did, but im glad you enjoyed it. Like I said, I think its a combination of speed&aggression that is killing my clarity, &its something im working on. Thanks for giving it a listen bud, & I hope you finish it!
'Swallow a bottle full?' What's that all about?
Fuckin' crazy flow here Rezzy. I've got to be honest and say that I don't really dig TylerG.
Is it in-house produced? I really dig the xylophone. :)
'Tomorrows so sorrowful, swallow a bottle full, everythings dark & not colorful, noddin off GONE!' that sir, is a recipe for an overdose. What was it you didnt like about tylers verse? Thank you on the flow compliment, this was one of those beats (yes, in-house) that everything just came fluently when I sat down to write.
CHOON!
I love the sounds in this beat. Reminds me of Alias' first LP.
That 'almost flute' sound that appears in the center at about :37 is so damn haunting!
Keep doin' what you do bruv!
Thanks Mophead! Glad you like, even this lazy beat!
Make.
It.
Longer.
That is all.
I don't know man. Not really feelin this one anymore. It might get thrown in the furnace lol
It's a shame that some things never see the light of day in the circle.
This sounds like it would have been a dope drop in a cypher.
Onto bigger and better things though.
Looking forward to hearing more from you in the coming weeks Teq!
Man, I swear you could be the second coming of FlyLo...
lol I don't want that.
I'd rather tell my own story
awesome compliment tho
Besides, he ain't dead! You pick up his new album tho???
damn son...
